Mark Walker

Biography

Mark joined Hunprenco in 1988, after completing a 4-year mechanical engineering apprenticeship with Cummins engines in Darlington. He started as a manual miller in the plunger section, then after 6 years he moved into the precision engineering side of the business where he progressed to be a team leader and then onto foreman. 

He is responsible for all manufacturing processes within the department, also working closely with the estimating team, sub-contracting companies and tooling suppliers. He has acquired a wide range of knowledge in this industry over my 35 years at Hunprenco. In Marks spare time he enjoys holidays abroad and time with his family
