Utilising state-of-the-art robotic technology, the coating is applied at speeds surpassing Mach 2, guaranteeing unparalleled precision. 

To further elevate quality, we employ a metallurgical bonding technique that seamlessly fuses the coating to the base material. Our fusion process ensures a high bond strength and a uniform, dense and porous free coating with the options of a surface hardness of 45HRc to 65HRc.

Our current capacity for thermal spray is 1500cm long at 400cm diameter, cylindrically. We have to review each job independently if its irregular shapes.

Trail batches are a common occurrence for Hunprenco, we also offer a shorter lead time for trial batches.
