We have the latest CNC technology to enable us to provide CNC Micro-drilling to our customers to help them meet their unique requirements. We have the capability to drill holes smaller than 3mm in diameter with the repetition of accuracy and quality. Our CNC Micro-Drilling capabilities are typically utilised in the positioning of vent and tip holes on our coolers.

22mm is the largest, which can be used for some wide mouth applications to minimise weight.

0.5mm is the smallest and 0.7 is the most effective. On special request we can produce any diameter hole required.
